Vali handled the vaccine with care and swiftly gave me all the info I required. She's really well-informed about the vaccines and made me feel at ease regarding its effects.

We teamed up with Monte Ramirez in San Francisco for renewing our passports. Given our past great experiences with Travel Document Systems handling various visas—some pretty tricky—we felt sure they’d do a solid job. Mr. Ramirez went above and beyond what we expected. Once all our paperwork was in, he had our new passports ready in just 10 days. We were blown away, as the usual wait for passport renewals is around 4 to 5 weeks, even with the fast track! Mr. Ramirez managed to snag a canceled appointment in San Francisco and squeezed our request into that opening. We really appreciated the peace of mind he provided before our overseas trip. We’ll definitely stick with this fantastic service moving forward.

1. Adjusting to the new TDS Pinnacle website setup has been tough. Dealing with GHANA was a real hassle -- I got booted from the visa application three times, which was super stressful; 2. I've noticed five charges on my OCT credit card for three visas (Benin, Ghana, Ivory Coast), and one of those charges is a duplicate for $311.40. These discrepancies need to be sorted out. I'm waiting for my NOV card statement to see if there are any additional charges before I reach out to TDS for corrections. 3. I get that the visa requirements for international travel are constantly changing due to the pandemic.

The turnaround was super quick and just like they said it would be. I’d personally like a bit more communication with the travel rep, but honestly, all the replies were prompt and really useful.

I gotta say, we've had a pretty solid experience with this company on at least three prior occasions. But this time around, it was a whole different ballgame. The documents for our visa applications to Ghana, which we paid extra for expedited service through TDS, landed at the NYC office on October 13, 2021. We actually forked over the cash for that service a few days before.

After a lot of confusion and calls from the consulate (not a peep from TDS, just some slow emails), we finally got our passports back with the visas on November 2, 2021. It was a really stressful and frustrating situation since we were set to leave on November 6. Plus, we think TDS owes us some money.

I had my documents looked over and handled pretty quickly, plus I got email updates to keep tabs on how my application was moving along. The papers showed up right on schedule and were all in good shape.

Travel Document Systems really outdid themselves by sending our traveler's visa overnight. We were all super thankful.

Getting your passport renewed can be a real hassle. But Travel Document Systems turned it into a piece of cake. I had a chat with a real person on the phone who guided me on what papers I needed to get my passport renewed and how to complete them. Plus, I got my passport just like they said, in 2 weeks. In just three weeks after submitting all our paperwork, we received both of our new passports. I really appreciate Travel Docs for the reassurance they gave us, allowing us to go on our Euro Winter Trip for Christmas. Big thanks! We’re super happy to always rely on them.

I've been using TDS for quite a while now. No issues at all with them, but I really wish they offered a return method besides FedEx. That service has caused me some headaches on multiple occasions. There was one time it wasn't too bad, but on two other occasions, it really created some trouble. On the flip side, I've never had any trouble with UPS or USPS.

We waited around 4-5 months for our visa paperwork, but it never showed up. Had to call it quits and get them to return our passports. The communication was terrible the whole time, with zero updates or explanations about why our visas were delayed.

The one hiccup I faced during the process was figuring out how to get in touch with TDS. The phone number just led to a message saying the office was closed, and there wasn’t any email or other way to reach out to them if I had questions.

I'm pleased with the service in general, but I really wish there was a specific contact person to reach out to. It'd be great if they were reachable via email and phone whenever necessary.
